Plant-Based Kale Caesar Salad

No eggs. No sardines. No dairy. No gluten. LOTS of creamy, delicious flavor!

Ingredients:

  • 3 handfuls Organic Kale, rinse & dry

  • 1 Avocado

  • 4 Tsp Tahini

  • 2 Tsp Dijon Mustard

  • 3 Cloves Garlic

  • 2 Tsp Nutritional Yeast

  • Juice of 1 Lemon

  • 1/2 can of Chickpeas

  • 1 - 2 Tsp Water

  • Salt & Pepper

How to Prepare:

  • Dry roast chickpeas in a 400 degree oven with salt and pepper, until brown and crispy.

  • Blend: avocado, tahini, garlic, mustard, Noosh (nutritional yeast), lemon, water, salt and pepper.

  • Toss kale w/ dressing and chickpeas
