3 handfuls Organic Kale, rinse & dry
4 Tsp Tahini
2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
3 Cloves Garlic
2 Tsp Nutritional Yeast
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/2 can of Chickpeas
1 - 2 Tsp Water
Salt & Pepper
How to Prepare:
Dry roast chickpeas in a 400 degree oven with salt and pepper, until brown and crispy.
Blend: avocado, tahini, garlic, mustard, Noosh (nutritional yeast), lemon, water, salt and pepper.
Toss kale w/ dressing and chickpeas
