15 Min Beef, Bean, & Mushroom Soup

Tired of boring chicken soup, but want the protein, warmth and immune boost?
Try this soup instead šŖ
Less than 10 ingredients and 20 minutes of your timeā±

āļø1/2 an onion chopped
āļø3 cloves garlic chopped
āļø1lb Ground grass fed beef
āļø1 box organic mushrooms chopped
āļø1 can organic white beans
āļø2 tbsp coconut aminos
āļø1 qt. low sodium beef bone broth
āļøFresh herbs (parsley, thyme, sage, rosemary, etc.)
āļøSalt, pepper, red pepper
Saute onion until soft, then add garlic and beef to saute further.
Add mushrooms, beans, coconut aminos, bone broth and herbs
Simmer until cooked.
Season and enjoy!
