15 Min Beef, Bean, & Mushroom Soup

Tired of boring chicken soup, but want the protein, warmth and immune boost?

āœ”ļø1/2 an onion chopped

āœ”ļø3 cloves garlic chopped

āœ”ļø1lb Ground grass fed beef

āœ”ļø1 box organic mushrooms chopped

āœ”ļø1 can organic white beans

āœ”ļø2 tbsp coconut aminos

āœ”ļø1 qt. low sodium beef bone broth

āœ”ļøFresh herbs (parsley, thyme, sage, rosemary, etc.)

āœ”ļøSalt, pepper, red pepper


Saute onion until soft, then add garlic and beef to saute further.

Add mushrooms, beans, coconut aminos, bone broth and herbs

Simmer until cooked.

Season and enjoy!
