Keto Lamb Lettuce Wraps

Just a few ingredients for a quick, delicious meal that will fill you up without the bloat!

  • 1 LB ground lamb

  • 1/2 yellow onion diced

  • 2 tbsp cumin

  • 1 tbsp Kinder's Woodfired Garlic seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp each good salt & ground pepper

  • 2oz organic tomato paste

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 head organic iceberg lettuce (or romaine)

  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Organic sour cream or goat cheese

  • Fresh mint & lemon wedges

Let's get cookin' -

  1. In a medium/large pan saute onion in olive oil over medium heat. When browned, add in lamb to cook.

  2. While cooking, mix in tomato paste and all seasoning.

  3. Create 6 lettuce wraps or boats, and set aside.

  4. Chop 2 cups of lettuce and toss with sour cream (or goat cheese), chopped fresh mint and a little lemon juice.

  5. Use slotted spoon to place spiced lamb into wraps and top with the lettuce, mint, cream/cheese mixture. Squeeze a little extra lemon before eating! Enjoy!
