Matcha is exceptionally high in antioxidant catechins and flavonoids which reduce inflammation and have antimicrobial effects.
The National Institute for Health states that green tea “increases energy expenditure and fat oxidation, reduces lipogenesis (fat formation) and fat absorption,” and has a “possible modest effect on body weight.”

A boujie iced mango matcha in minutes:
🍵Whisk/mix together with a fork 1 tsp of matcha powder with a bit of warm water, and set aside.
🥭Mash or blend roughly 1/3 - 1/2 mango and put it into an ice filled glass.
🥥Fill halfway with coconut water (optional) and then add milk of choice, leaving space for matcha.
🍯Top with matcha, and sweeten to taste with honey/maple syrup.
