These gluten free chocolate brownies are quick to whip together when you have ripe avocados on hand.
With 5g of protein and fiber, and 17g of fat per serving, they’re a satiating treat.
Gluten free chocolate brownies ingredients:
🥑2 ripe avocados mashed
(MUST be ripe! If not the brownies will be 🤢)
🍫1/2 cup cocoa powder
🌰 1 cup almond flour
🧠1/2 cup chopped walnuts
🥄1/2 tsp baking powder
🧂1/2 tsp salt
🍯3/4 cup monk fruit, coconut sugar or maple syrup
🥚2 eggs
🍦1tsp vanilla extract
🍪1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

1️⃣Pre-heat oven to 350F.
2️⃣In a large bowl combine avo, cocoa powder, almond flour, walnuts, baking powder, and salt.
3️⃣Make a well and whisk together sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract; and then combine with rest of ingredients.
4️⃣Fold in chocolate chips.
5️⃣Pour batter into lined baking tray and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
6️⃣Let cool and then cut into 12 pieces.
