Apple oat breakfast loaf ingredients:

  • 2-3 apples chopped

  • 2 cups oats

  • 2 scoops protein powder (optional)

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup monk fruit/brown sugar

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 Tbs ghee/melted butter

Let's get cookin'

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 Fahrenheit and grease a loaf tin.

  2. Combine melted butter, eggs, water, milk and monk fruit/sugar.

  3. Mix in rest of ingredients.

  4. Pour into baking tin and bake for 45 minutes.
