Apple oat breakfast loaf ingredients:
2-3 apples chopped
2 cups oats
2 scoops protein powder (optional)
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup monk fruit/brown sugar
1 cup milk of choice
3/4 cup water
2 Tbs ghee/melted butter
Let's get cookin'
Pre-heat oven to 375 Fahrenheit and grease a loaf tin.
Combine melted butter, eggs, water, milk and monk fruit/sugar.
Mix in rest of ingredients.
Pour into baking tin and bake for 45 minutes.
