This EASY, plant-based Yogurt dressing or Tzatziki makes a great dip for veggies, chips, topping, or dressing. Kids love it too!
What you’ll need:
2 Cups Plain Coconut or Cashew yogurt (almond works too but not as thick)
4 Small Persian Cucumbers seeded
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
2 Teaspoons (fresh) Dill herb

Let’s get cookin’:
Step 1: Blend cucumbers in a food processor. Drain and discard excess liquid.
Step 2: Add in yogurt spices. Blend on low until mixed.
Step 3: *Optional: For a variation, add 1-2 garlic cloves, pressed, or a small bunch of finely chopped scallions.
Step 4: Dip in organic pita wedges, carrots, cucumbers, snap peas, green beans, broccoli, whole-grain chips, etc.
