Designed by Lindsay O'Neill, 20-year+ Data Analyst & Technologist, Certified Culinary Medicine Chef & Wellness Coach... Sustainable Transformation is possible with our customized meal and "small hinge" plans, 1-on-1 support w/ a Certified Wellness Coach, Private Community and Premium recipes, classes, Small Hinge Tips via the App.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Weeks 1 & 2: Data gathering (labs, FIT test & intake survey), analysis & planning session @ end of week 2 or start of week 3 (1 hr)

  • Weeks 3 & 4: Begin program by eliminating food inflammatory triggers (FIT test) within MEAL PLAN, and with 2 – 4 small hinges changes (diet, lifestyle, timing, etc.)

  • Weeks 5 & 6: Beginning of week 5 (30 min) call to review results thus far, what worked, what didn’t and to recalibrate plan

  • Weeks 7 & 8: Beginning of week 7 (30 min) call to review results from recalibrated plan, and add/change additional small hinges (optional: redo CBC & HRT Labs - if applicable)

  • Weeks 9 & 10: Final review of results, labs, and plan for next steps (1 hr) – CELEBRATE!
